CanConnect’s mission is to bring together local cancer survivors and community partners through a shared vision and innovative online collaboration.
CanConnect is based on the work of a collaborative design project starting in December 2007. The project was initiated as part of Jacob Weiss' doctoral research in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University.
